Hello world!

Joy TruckThe greatest threat to our world today is not violence. Though this is a clearly a concern, the real threat is the loss of a sense of beauty and interconnectedness. The paradox is this: how do we live in a turbulent world whose infinite beauty is inseparable from its diabolical destructiveness? At the Butterfly Peace Garden in Sri Lanka, in the midst of war and a tsunami, children showed the way. They led us down the Garden Path and pointed out the beauty of the world, especially of things not seen in the surrounding chaos.Today they offer people caught in similar situations a practical yet playful way to recover, rehabilitating their shattered lives from inside out. We invite you to join them and others who have journeyed down the Garden Path.
